ALYSIA LOVE, CFA

​Alysia Love is committed to helping founders, investors and their portfolio companies harness talent as a critical advantage in leading their industries, and helps clients hone the way they build leadership teams and drive the highest levels of performance.

​ 

Prior to founding Ellery Street, she was a senior consultant at ghSMART, a pioneer in the leadership advisory field. She initially developed her approach to executive assessment as a Director and member of the equity investment committee at EARNEST Partners, an institutional investment manager with over $24B under management globally. Her management due diligence distinguished her equity research and portfolio management decisions and contributed to a track record of investment outperformance. 

Earlier in her career, she managed worldwide future products for a $2B platform within the LaserJet business at Hewlett Packard, where she was awarded three U.S. patents for innovations in data collection, systematic integration, and revenue/service applications. She began her career in macroeconomic forecasting and sovereign risk assessment for the emerging markets, serving Fortune 500 clients and government organizations.

​She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Bates College, where she serves on the private equity sub-committee for the endowment. She holds the CFA charter and is a member of the CFA Society New York.
